Main Menu Options
Sendy provides two ways in which clients can place their delivery requests.

- Mobile APP
Web
You can access the Web platform here. After Login to account, Click on the Menu drop-down on the top right corner of the page.
The Menu Options will be displayed as shown below:
- New Delivery
This is an option to place a new delivery request.
- Payment
This tab details how to top up your account using various payment options i.e. MPESA, Card and Promo Code as well as your Sendy account balance. Choose the option you want, input the amount and click ‘PAY’.
- Order history
This tab details up to 10 previous orders. You can get all the order information of a specific order by clicking on the particular order. You can also view your statement and previous payments made for a particular order.
- Free deliveries
Gives information on how to earn free deliveries. It also has a personalized promo code that clients can share with new users.
- Profile
This tab shows personal information, account information as well as an option to update that information. You can also change your password from here.
- Log out
This option allows users to log out of their Sendy account.
Mobile App
Here are the options available our mobile app on both Play Store and AppStore.
- Profile
This tab shows personal information and an option to update that information.
- Payments
This tab shows available payment options and also shows Sendy balance. You can also pay for your deliveries from this tab, by clicking on 'PAY'.
- Order history
This option shows completed deliveries and deliveries in-transit. It also shows a breakdown of the order amount and the delivery route.
- Free deliveries
Gives information on how to earn free deliveries. It also has a personalized promo code that clients can share with new users
- Help
Enables clients to contact Sendy through email, twitter, Chat or call to speak to a Sendy support representative.
