How to communicate to Sendy

We are your partner, here to make your life simpler. Please simplify our lives as well by following these guidelines when communicating with Sendy Staff.  

  • Be polite, courteous and professional in your interaction with Sendy. 
  • Be formal 
  • Be transparent and honest in all situations
  • USE ENGLISH while in communication with the Sendy. 

We are available from 6 am to 10 pm Monday - Friday and 8 am to 10 pm Saturday - Sunday. 

If we do not answer, please try again in 1 minute and continue to do this until someone picks. 

To call Sendy through the app, go to Order > I Confirm >  + Sign > Call Sendy.

Click + Sign.

Click Call Sendy.
