On the order, Click + then Click Call Client

Click on Call Client

When to communicate to clients

You should only communicate to customers upon reaching the pick up point or drop off point if the specific directions are not in the notes.  

DO NOT call the client if issues arise. 

DO NOT call the client for directions.
