Handling delivery issues
In case of any issues or queries regarding your delivery, please call the Sendy customer care line on
These issues include but not limited to:
- Partner unable to mark the order as picked or mark arrived or is unable to complete the order and mark it as delivered
- Client refuses to sign for the package
- The client is unavailable to receive/issue the package
- Client's is unreachable on the phone when the partner is trying to reach them during a delivery
- Client inputs wrong pick up location/ drop off location
