Handling delivery issues 

In case of any issues or queries regarding your delivery, please call the Sendy customer care line on 0709779779 or chat on the intercom for an agent to assist you to reallocate the order to another rider. We are here for you!

These issues include but not limited to:

  • Partner unable to mark the order as picked or mark arrived or is unable to complete the order and mark it as delivered
  • Client refuses to sign for the package
  • The client is unavailable to receive/issue the package
  • Client's is unreachable on the phone when the partner is trying to reach them during a delivery
  • Client inputs wrong pick up location/ drop off location
