How do I cancel an order?

Good news! You can now cancel orders on your end, if you're not in a position to service them for one reason or another, without necessarily contacting the support team. 

All you need to do is;

1. click on the 'CANCEL ORDER' red button on the order

2. Confirm if you're sure you would like to cancel the order

3. select a reason for cancellation

4. Submit.
