Drivers/ riders who partner with Sendy agree to maintain a high standard of professional service that includes being respectful and polite.
If either of the following but not limited to arise during your delivery;
- Rider is rude
- Rider asked for more money than the one shown on the app with no explanation why
- Rider refused to deliver to your destination
- Rider took longer to deliver your package than expected turn around time
- Rider completed the order on the app but did not actually service the order
- Being Under the Influence Of alcohol (to the extent of drunk and disorderly)
