Switching accounts

If you have both a Business and Personal account, registered with the same phone number, you can choose which account to use when placing an order. This applies if you have ever logged in to both accounts and saved the passwords:

Web platform: 

1. Go to Menu

2. Click on Switch accounts

The account logged in will be shown on the website: Example: Hi Esther (Business account). From there you can proceed to raise the request.

Mobile App:

1. Choose your pick-up and destination locations

2. Select the size of load to get the price estimate, then click on continue.

3. On the bottom left, click on the option for either personal or business.

4. Tap the account you would like to use.

5. Tap on 'Confirm Order'.
