Rating your delivery

We value your feedback, ratings enable us to improve the experience that you receive.

We take ratings very seriously and use the feedback given to improve the service offered by drivers as well as improve on our systems and operations.

Drivers with low ratings may lose access to the Sendy app.

At the end of each delivery, clients receive a notification informing them that their delivery has been completed and a link to rate your driver from '1' to '5' stars where 1 is very dissatisfied and 5 very satisfied.

Click on the link and select the stars that best represent your experience during your delivery.

You can also rate your delivery by going to:

1. Menu > Order History >Click on that particular order >Click on 'RATE' on the rider detail section and select the stars that best represent the quality of service you received during your delivery.

2. Click on ' RATE' again to save your rating.
