How do I contact my rider?
On the App:
If you wish to contact your driver about a pickup location or talk about other details of the delivery, you can do that through the app.
On your tracking page, click on 'Contact' to call the rider. In case the rider is not reachable on call, you can contact Sendy Customer Support via the Help option.
Please note that drivers may not answer their phones or reply to a text message while driving.
