Reset my password

To reset your password, go to Sendy > Log In > Forgot Password? > Enter the Email address or phone number used to register on Sendy > Reset Password.

If you enter, your email address, you will receive an email shortly with a link to reset your password.

Click on 'Confirm request' and you will be directed to a page where you'll be required to enter your new password.

Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it, and then click on 'Change Password'.

You can also choose to receive the password reset instructions through a text message.

You will receive an SMS that has a link to reset your password.

Click on that link and you will be directed to a page where you are required to enter your new password, Enter your new password and confirm it by re-entering it, and then click on 'Change Password'.

The link received on either email or SMS can only be used once.

We advise you to create a unique password for Sendy. You should never disclose your password to anyone, not even a Sendy Representative.
